Tickets are SEPARATE from the number of days you book at a resort.

You have to look at your reservation to see how many "days" worth of tickets
that you purchased.

If you decide that you want to ADD another day,
that is usually possible to do for just $10.65 per day, per person.

What about my meals? Do they end the day I check out or if any are left will I still be able to use them?

Your meal credits are tied to the number of NIGHTS you stay, not days. So, if you stay five nights, you will have five sets of credits (on the regular DDP that would be five TS, five CS, and five snacks per person).

ETA: I see I didn't actually answer your question lol. Sorry about that. You can use the credits up to midnight on the day you check out. So if you check out Friday morning, your dining credits are still good all day and all evening Friday.
