I used to drink just one in the morning. I have now graduated to 2 cups a day. I'm adding another cup at noon.

How many cups of coffee do you drink in a day?

I make a pot of coffee in the morning for the office and drink two sips. I love the smell of freshly brewed coffee, but I prefer tea.

Zero.

While I love coffee, I can no longer have caffeine as it causes me to have anxiety attacks. :(

I drink 2 cups at work. I have one of those DVC member mugs. They are huge.

usually 3 cups in the morning; none after that. I do make it half regular and half decaf so I can cut back at least a little bit on the caffeine.

Funny, this thread totally caught my eye!

I started out with one cup in the morning, but I'm the same... I've graduated to about 4 through out the day ...

So, I have about 2-3 in the morning. Then another cup around 1 or 2 pm. In between I drink tea. We have a 'tea bar' here at work. It's really nice.

I have found that I'm always alert, no jitters, and I sleep great. I don't drink soda. I also drink my coffee black. But, I do love cream and sugar if I'm 'splurging'.

Yeah for coffee!

Yeah for coffee is right! :) I have been incredibly tired lately. I have no idea why. I'm getting about the same amount of sleep. No changes lately. I have been "dieting" since about late Dec., but I love food so I'm not starving. I have lost weight over time.

I *know* I should exercise, but whatever down time I get --- I'm not up for it. There I said it! So coffee to the rescue! I am *thinking* about ways to incorporate exercise. I *do* park far away, take the stairs, little things like that. I know I need more.

Two mugs in morn w/my fave creamer is my max, then we usually have a glass or cup of green tea in evening with dinner. :goodvibes

Probably one and a half cups, in the morning. I have my first cup and then when it gets about half done I top it off with hot coffee from the pot.

I do drink more decaf though. In the morning it's regular, but if I drink coffee in the afternoon or evening (which I do quite often, especially in the fall and winter) then it's decaf.

Way too many.

I drink 1-2 in the morning, then maybe an iced coffee in the afternoon. I work the 7pm-7:30am shift at the hospital, so if I'm working, I drink a big one in the late evening. I have to stop drinking it by 11pm on the nights I work if I want to sleep at 8am in the morning, since my sleep is so screwy during the day.:guilty:

I have my Starbucks every morning, then usually another two or three cups. I don't really like the taste, I really just have it to wake me up so once the afternoon hits, I don't drink it anymore.

Probably average 5 or 6.

I'm enough of a coffee addict that I can drink a big cup of coffee right before bed and still have no problems sleeping.

Used to do at least 1 cup, maybe 2, per day, with cream and sugar (I like a little coffee with my sugar). I stopped that about two or three months ago and now mostly only have good coffee at home on the weekends, often only one day a week, and it is not break room swill at work, it is fresh ground whole bean Fresh Market coffee and I also can now drink a cup with nothing but Nescafe Italian Sweet Cream creamer in it - no sugar or Splenda at all. Go me. :)

Much healthier that way. I also replaced most sweet tea with green tea (cold or hot) and instead of straight sweet tea in restaurants I get half & half so it isn't as sweet.

Im not a coffee drinker. Never drank coffee and the funny thing is, I'm a shift worker, working all days of the week, all sorts of hours day and night. My honey, also works shift work and used to be a heavy coffee drinker. He's been coffee sober for probably 7-8 months now.:rotfl:

Depending on the day 3 or 4 but they are slightly larger then the 8oz "servings" that many consider a cup. I only drink black unsweetened coffee or espresso. I started when I was in college and worked 48 hours a week and took 14-16 credit hours a semester. Had it not been for coffee I think I'd still be in school. I used to add a lot of sugar though and had to ween myself off of it.
