I used to be one that only liked the way it smelled, not the way it tastes. All that changed when I was working and taking college classes. Night shift working, day time classes with long naps in between. Thank goodness for coffee. Those were long days and nights!
I got really good at doctoring that stuff up! It didn't resemble coffee at all! Over time, I have slacked off the sugar and creamer. These days I use 1 tsp Agave and 1 tsp reduced fat and sugar creamer. It's not bad!
I don't know why, but 5 and over cups a day surprises me.
I don't drink coffee regularly so I guess I'd say zero. Every once in awhile I will treat myself to a cup of coffee at Starbucks or one of the other local coffee shops around here but it's very rarely.
