How many CPs actually get to be face characters?

I'm not saying anyone here has to say "I AM ONE!" lol, I just heard not too many cps are face characters. How many people auditioned as character performers vs. how many they generally take? How many of them (if any), get pulled aside for face?

CPs are taken on as face character performers. The number is determined by how many openings they have at any given time. For example: say there were a bunch in a CP that is headed home. There will be a bunch of open spots.

When I did the program.... over 900 people auditioned and they took about 220, so about 25%. As for face, the number is even smaller than that, maybe 5-10%? I never heard numbers so that's just a guess.

Yeah, the 5-10% sounds about right for Face of people that auditioned. If you DO get in for Fur and face opens up, you could try to get into it that way too, if you have the look they want.
