For us many small contracts offer several advantages one large contract never could. The three main advantages are:

1) With small contracts we're able to purchase as our finances allow without taking a loan.

2) Small contracts allow us to fine tune our ownership interest to the exact number of points we'll need.

3) This works in reverse as well...meaning as we age or as our needs change we'll sell only those points we no longer need.

Hubby and I have 3 contracts, all at BWV... We started out with our initial 150 at BWV thinking "Wow... how will we EVER use all those points???"


Wellllllllll, many years later we are up to 400 points, and STILL borrow to take our families. We don't even have any kids!!!

Our neice is only 4 and she has been twice... She'll probably go again prior to starting Kindergarten... She is only a little bit spoiled!

this is enough points to get my twice yearly needed disney fix with an extra trip or an exchange thrown into the mix, plus after 07 neices and nephews will be old enough to start tagging along so i'll need the larger point amounts for family sized trips

for a total of 374 pts, use yr Feb. I think we are done !
