2 Desktops - 1 laptop.

I can imagine when the kids get older and need it for more than just games that I may break down and get a second one. I don't really know where we'd put it though. Ours is in the study, and there really isn't another appropriate place for one in our house. I kinda like having everything on one computer anyway - guess that's just me. Makes my life easier as I end up doing DH's job for him alot.

That's part of the reason that we got laptops for the kids. I also didn't like the idea of them having desktops in their bedrooms where I couldn't see what they were doing. With the laptops and wireless router they can sit in the family room or the kitchen and I can look over their shoulders every once in a while.

3 people, 2 computers in use (a desktop and a laptop) and two desktops in the closet. The two in the closet are older, I am going to go through and take the best parts of the two to make one for my son's room (with no internet access).
