How many checking in the week of August 26th NOT offered an upgrade?

I never received the email, but I had the offer when I called the CM at WDW. I voted yes...not sure if the email got spammed or something.

Sorry to sound dumb, but I am checking into Pop 8/27 till 9/10 but I have never heard of the upgrade, possibly because I am in the UK, can someone please enlighten me as to what the upgrade actually entails? Don't wanna miss out on any freebies lol

I never received the email either but don't know if it was due to computer troubles or not. On Saturday talked to 3 different cms who insisted I had to have the code. Sunday I called & that cm was willing to check my ressie & saw that the code was attached. Wondering how many who got the upgrade by calling use aol or have comcast. We have both & I know they can cause problems.

you can call and see if you have the offer attached to your reservation. If no rooms are left (which I suspect), I would call starting July 10 thru 13 b/c July 12 is the day final payment is due for 8/26 check-ins and you might have some people who decided to cancel--you never know. Good luck--but remember--you still have a great place and free dining!!

My DH called again last night because we found out that they had his work e-mail attached to our res#. The 1st CM that he talked to had no idea what he was talking about so he hung up on him. He called back again and the next CM said we had the offer and switched us from the POP to a studio at OKW for 8/27 to 9/4. I told him to ask for SSR but the CM told him that it wasn't available.

I believe the offer went out to people checking in 8/26 - 9/1. I haven't heard of any later checkin dates.
