How many CBers are going to DIS CON?

I wish I could be there this year. The receptions were amazing, with tantalizing menus and terffic company. And as for the Illuminations Dessert Party, WOW!

It was so great to have the reserved viewing area. I felt so special. They had beautiful tables of delicious desserts set out, with the soft glow of votive candles illuminating the selection.

I remembered all the times I used to look at the people in the reserved areas with envy. I couldn't believe I was one of "them"!!
I'll never forget the experience.

Mickey's Sunshine, they do check to make sure that everyone has the DIS CON ID at all of the events.

I can't wait either! I can't get there until Friday because of work, so the weekend rate is great for me too. But if there was no weekend rate, I would probably just pay for the whole thing, even though I'd be missing a few functions. It's a great value any way you look at it!!!

MS...the reception is only for attendees of the convention. They have to rent a room and there is food offered, atleast that is what we had last year. You can't ask some people to pay for that in their convention ticket and others to go for free. They do check lanyards, at the events...

Bet..I was going to pay the full rate for DH who comes in Thursday afternoon...but the weekend tixs, is perfect for us noW!!! Even he is getting a little excited hearing all the stories.
