How Many Cars for 8 adults and three kids?

We're headed to Disney in May with a total of 8 adults and 3 kids in car seats. How many and what type of cars should we rent? (we're staying in a vacation home so we need cars) Will two minivans suffice? Ideas? Thanks!

You could also do a minivan with a full size. We are a family of 5 with 3 kids and are quite comfortable in a full size.

Really? Even with luggage? I know we'll have at least one stroller in the group, probably two. They also take up a lot of room! I'm impressed you can get a family of five in a full size -- I must pack too much!
