we have 4 total and if it was up to my wife we would have more.

2 samoyeds-dogs gunther and sammie

We have 2 cats. We were going to have 2 cats and a dog, but the second cat just about put us over the edge so we stopped with her She is just about to turn 7 years-old, and she is more work than my sister's puppy. I thought that cats were supposed to be easy pets!!!

Two goldfish -- Wendy and Wood -- yes, my DS3 named his fish Wood. We asked him if he meant Woody and he said nope, his name is Wood. Kids!

Well I voted for 10 but DH and I actually only have 8 cats in our house...........my mother has 2 dogs in her apartment which is attached to our house.........but the cats and dogs DON'T intermingle.

None We used to have cats, but discovered our son is allergic to them. But truth be told, neither of us wants the responsibility of a pet right now with the kids being young. When they are a little older and we have more time to give a pet the attention it deserves, then I'm sure we'll get something (or two somethings since I think pets should have a friend ). It just won't be cats which is a bummer since we both love cats!!

One, but there are also our downstairs neigbors 3 Maine Coon cats hwo technically live in the same "house".

Monty's our only pet right now.

When I was growing up, my parents house often had at least 20 various critters at a time, dogs cats, ferrets, rats, fish, lizards, bunnies etc...

10 year old black and white - Lucy (very slowly accepting kittens)


1 dog a 6 year old white Eskie named Sasha. She's still trying to figure out the kittens, but watches to make sure they don't get into anything.
