How many albums do you have started or working on?

I have too many!
DD ballet album, easy to do only have a couple times a year to take pictures
DD school album
DS school album Haven't started but have the stuff
DS on going life album
DD on going life album
My family Christmas Album

The school albums almost seem like one not a lot of opportunity to take pictures and I may end up combining it with their life album DD has preschool and kindergarten in it. Not sure if I will cont. it in the fall.
DS just started preschool and his is in a CM book so I may make it a life album. He hasn't started extra activities that will be next fall. and I plan to do a sports album

I haven't decided with our last Disney trip if I will scrap it for me or split it into 2 for the kids....
So what does everyone do?

Hi Sondra,
I only have one album on the go right now, I bought it last month and only have one page left to fill- the last one!! I have been very motivated this month! I like to scrap chronologically and will probably do just one album at a time until all my old photo's are caught up. I have a seperate album for our 2000 disney trip and will do another seperate one for our trip in November! I think that it is great that you have a variety of things to work on!

Eventually I think I will be down to just the kids albums, and put everything in one unless of course sports or ballet become very big in their lives! LOL
I think with all the back log of pictures I have this is the only way I can get caught up so I can actually do it the way I want if that makes sense! I keep stuggling with why album I want! I think for the present I will stick with the top load and can do a page at a time and then organize them as I want...But ahhhh the future! I have plans! But I need to spend at least 6 weeks straight just doing albums and nothing else!

The first 4 will pretty much stay ongoing. I have the pictures organized and ready to go for most of them. My MIL is working on some geneology stuff for me and once that is complete I will start the heritage stuff.

Occasionally I will work on an album for a specific occasion that will have an ending, such as the one I just completed for DD's spring break trip.

I always have DD's life album (everyday stuff) and her school album going. I am currently working on my 3rd WDW album (we took 4 trips within 18 months so I just can't get caught up).

Plus, I have a book for trips of DH and myself and a Christmas album which I store all the pics I receive from family and friends along with newsletters and a few favorite cards.
Just got 200 pics from www.shutterfly.com to do my 1/2002 disney trip

Guess that's enough to keep me busy.

I am currently working on an album for my youngest daughter who is a sophomore in high school. It begins with her as an infant and presently I am up to age 5.....this book will be ongoing until she graduates from high school. I have also begun to buy things for a 25th wedding anniversary album I will be doing in the fall of 2003 after our Disney cruise.

An entire albums worth of pictures from Disneyland Paris that I haven't even thought about yet.
A family album
and am working on a gift album for my dad's 60th.
I've also completed a gift album of my brother's wedding pictures.

I am just planning on having family albums, and specific albums for trips or special events - .eg. I want to do a wedding album for my mum as all her wedding photo's are in a magnetic album right now.
