So, I did 30 minutes on my treadmill, at a speed-walking/jogging pace (for me). For others, and per WW online, it's considered light to moderate actitivity, but my short legs make it seem much faster for me. I was at the very top of my heart rate zone and totally worked up a sweat.
So, at my weight, if it's moderate, it would only be two points. If it's considered high, it'd be 5 points. Should I split the difference and say 3?
Thanks!
