So, I did 30 minutes on my treadmill, at a speed-walking/jogging pace (for me). For others, and per WW online, it's considered light to moderate actitivity, but my short legs make it seem much faster for me. I was at the very top of my heart rate zone and totally worked up a sweat.

So, at my weight, if it's moderate, it would only be two points. If it's considered high, it'd be 5 points. Should I split the difference and say 3?

Thanks!

Does your treadmill count calories burned? If so 100 calories equals 1 AP.

It does, but it doesn't ask me for my weight or take anything else into consideration. My heart rate monito is separate from the treadmill. I guess that's what I was asking - do you trust the calorie feature on the treadmill or go with heart rate/intensity?

i'd go by heart rate

i always go with my gut feeling and what i am totally comfortable with. if you take the 5 will you feel like your cheating the system b/c you aren't sure. if you take 2 are you miffed b/c you worked so hard? sounds like 3 'feels' right to you and that's what i'd go by. trust your gut feeling, if it gnaws at me than i know i'm not really right with that one. you know what i mean?
