I sold a stripped fifty point contract at VB for $59.50 per point about three months ago. I thought DVC would ROFR it but they did not. Since then, prices have only gone down.

Anyone else sell VB for a lower price?

Personally I wouldn't be surprised if they let Vero go into the low 50's, but then again I never bought into the hype of buying at 90.00 a point either, so I guess it's all perspective. If it was a stripped contract that does take away value... We'll be selling a stripped BW contract in several months, I really have no idea how low the price might be.

What is a stripped contract?

One that has used all of the available points, both from the current UY and points that were borrowed from the next. For instance if I were selling a 50 point BWV March UY contract now, and it had no '08 or '09 points, so it would say "All 50 points coming in March 2010."

What is a stripped contract?

A stripped contract has no points banked, no points coming in the current use year, and no points coming next use year.

Where as a fully loaded contract has banked, current, and future points available.
