How low can people be

I heard on NBC that they had reports of people already taking shuttle debris and selling it on websites. I wanted to check for myself so I went on ebay and found that there was a listing for "Space Shuttle Columbia debris" but it seems as though ebay is in the process of taking it off. Those people should be strung up by their #&($@!!!!!!! What is this world coming to.

I saw the same thing kdibattista ...the first time I checked on Ebay, there were actually 5 debris items and one auction for domain names regarding this tragedy. All of them have since been deleted. Sick, sick people!

That is awful though I must say I'm not surprised. NASA needs all that stuff to figure out what happened today. I sure hope they prosecute anyone doing that.

When we first heard the announcement not to touch any of the debris, and to call the local authorities if you found something, I said to my DH "I wonder how many people will keep pieces that they find." You know it's going to happen. Some people just have no morals, or a conscience for that matter.

They are lower that pond scum, some people are sick and thrive on other peoples hardships.
