How Long?

I called Disney Weddings on Tuesday, which was exactly 365 days out for us. I used the link on their website. The guy on the phone took some info, but didn't ask where or what time I'd like the wedding to be at. He said a planner would be getting a hold of me sometime soon. I was just wondering how long it normally takes for someone to get back to you, as I am anxious to secure my date/time!

I just called mine in last week too. My planner called me back the next afternoon, but at the longest they say within 3 business days.

**I just realized you called on Tuesday. I'd give them a call back today or tomorrow. I know some of the planners work on Saturdays, but I'm not sure if the main phone line is open then.

I'm not sure how long it takes for booking but, everytime I call DFTW to ask questions, I usually get a call in 1-3 days, depending on how busy they are. I would probably call back on Tuesday afternoon if you haven't heard anything just to make sure your request got in.

After I initially called, someone called back within 2 days.

got a call back the next morning, coordinator gave me her direct line and she's pretty much your assigned contact person from that point on. so don't worry, they'll call back within reasonable time. it is the holiday week so I'm not surprised if they're short staffed.

We called yesterday (Friday) and were told they would call back Mon or Tues of next week, sso 3 business days sounds about right.
