How long?

I have two questions and they both revolve around how long it should take to get from point A to point B.
First, we will be taking the bus from AOA to DHS and then the boat to get to the Boardwalk. How long should that trip be? Secondly, We will be taking the bus to MK and then the boat to FWL. Again how long should that take? The group is 12 people travelling together so the cabs are pretty much out of the question in my mind. Thanks in advance!

Depends on how long you have to wait for the bus and the boat. Could be an hour. Could be over an hour and a half. Always allow much more time than you think you'll need. Better to be early than late.

Disney recommends allowing 90 minutes to get from point A to B using their transportation.

I would just use 2 cabs. Taxi vans to be exact. They don't charge any more for the van vs a car, and it will save you a bunch of time for not a lot of cost.

Make sure you know where you are going to from MK. FWL is ambiguous.

There is Wilderness Lodge, and there is Fort Wilderness. They are 2 different locations, and there are boats to each of them from MK.

There is no such thing as Fort Wilderness Lodge.

OP - you can walk to the Boardwalk from DHS. It's about a 20 minute walk (1 mile). It's a nice walk. I've done it a couple of times.
