I had new windows installed in February. A week after I had them installed, I noticed a stress crack (or whatever it is called) in one window. I have a lifetime guarantee on them, so i called up and requested a replacement. They said it would take 6 weeks to get a new one. I never heard vack from them, finally called them they said there was a problem with the company they were using.
Anyway, now it is September. I got a call on Thursday saying that someone would be by today, around noon at the latest to replace the window. It's now 1pm. DFi and are are both starving and want to go out to lunch and do our many errands we need to do today.
I tried calling the company, but of course their offices are closed. I don't know how to get in touch with the installer. How long should we wait around?
