How long will this take?

If I get to TT right @ 9:00, how long will these 3 attractions take?

Mickey's House
Minnie's House
Go Go Gatchet's Coaster

I need to make PS @ Carnation Cafe. I was thinking 9:40am???

It depends. If its a morning that there is morning madness and you have passes for it, Mickey and Minnie might not be in their houses in time. They do meet and greet in the street before the ceremony. And I believe you can still walk through the houses if you want to look. Never tried it, but I'm pretty sure. If its a morning madness day (Mon, Wed, Fri and Sat) and you don't have tickets, you probably wont have time. As the area will be full of people when you arrive. If its a day the park opens at 8, with no morning madness, and you are there waiting for them to open at 9, you'll probably be fine. However, I'm not sure if Mickey and Minnie are there right at opening or not.

I'm planning on going on a Tuesday--DL opens @ 8:00 and it's a non morning madness day, I believe. I think that 9:40 PS should be fine.

It depends a bit on how much you want to see Mickey's House and Minnie's House. If you just see Mickey and zip thru his house, and do the same with Minnie, and you are at TT at 9AM, I think you can make the 9:40 PS. However, most people spend at least a little while looking around the houses and their fun little rooms, in which case 9:40 will be tight.

And you already understand the issue of TTMM. I agree strongly with Linda that the answer to the OP question depends on TTMM that morning, and whether or not you have it. If there is TTMM but you do not have it, doing these things in TT will take more time.
