How long will it take from DHS Beauty/Beast show to Le Cellier in Epcot?

We are spending the morning in DHS but want to eat at Le Cellier for lunch. The first show at DHS is at 11:45... what time would you make lunch for to be able to get there in time?

I think it depends a little on whether you are someone that likes to cut things close, or if you like to have a fair amount of cushion time. According to wdwinfo, the B&B show is about 30 minutes in duration (WDW's website lists it at 25 minutes). So that would mean it's likely to finish up somewhere around 12:15 pm. From there you can either walk or take the friendship boat to Epcot. The Friendship boat ride is about 25 to 30 minutes long, depending on how long the boat has to stop at the three stops before reaching Epcot (S/D, YC/BC, BW/BWV). The boats come every 15 or so minutes (varies). So, it can take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour to get from DHS to Epcot after the show ends. Then you have to allow time to get through security and ticketing and then walk to Le Cellier (it's not far). I'm not a fan of feeling like I have to watch the clock, so I would probably aim for a reservation sometime after 1:30 pm.

Walking from DHS to the International Gateway entrance can be faster than taking the boat, plus it will help you work up an appetite if you don't have one already.

That is another option (although...in the heat and humidity of FL, I'm not sure if it would work up my appetite or kill it ). The walk from DHS to International Gateway (via the Boardwalk Inn Pool Short-Cut) is about 1.2 miles.
