How long will Disney Reservations be down?

My TA was finally able to book this morning but I am unable to link in MDE. Anyone else having trouble? Usually I am able to link fairly soon after she books it for us and sends the reservation number over. Trip is a good bit out, so not too worried, just wanted to see if anyone else had experienced the same.
 
I have been able to view that, without issue, since yesterday. It looks really nice! I can see room availability, I can book, etc. without issue, too. I might have to buy a lottery ticket as it sounds like this is not the norm!?

Run... not walk.... to the store and get that lottery ticket! I haven't been able to see that since I got that quick glimpse. I haven't been able to book or get actual prices/quotes since it went down. I've tried the travel agent site and the Walt Disney World site directly.

Trying to change a room only to a different resort, finally there is availability....but it just keeps spinning. I get to the point where I can put my card in and then nothing. Im going to call when I get home from work, but was wondering if anyone else was having issues too. sigh.
 
Just tried booking for September and Poly and all rooms are unavailable. Sigh. Will keep waiting....
 
there are issues I went on yesterday to MDE to see if i could adjust my dates for FD and I seen availibilty for 5 nights at CBR and Boardwalk Inn for less than $1500 which was 600 cheaper than my allstar reservation. So I tried to hurry up and book Boardwalk even though it warned that is was construction ongoing at the resort. So at first I just tried to change it through the app it did the entire reservation then when I hit purchase it decline the transaction. So I then tried to book it alone put in credit card info hit the purchase button and it said the transaction couldn't be completed and to call reservation. I called the number and the lady basically laughed at me stating there was no way I seen Boardwalk listed for that price. I told her I'm looking at my computer as we speak FD 5 night Aug23- 28th $1480 king bed corner blgd ect. So I got frustrated hung up on her and called right back to get another agent. This person told me the system was having errors and what I was seeing was there but a mistake on there end ( to good to be true) he also told me FD was all sold out and it was best to leave my reservation alone.
 
Ack! Just tried to buy my tickets and got errored out after inputting all my info! It has spread beyond the resort reservation system.
 
Trying to see if we can add 2 days before our September trip but all resorts are showing no availability. Looking forward to reservations being opened again!

I do not think free dining is sold out..it was not sold out before the updates to the reservations system....perhaps lower availability but not sold out. I would keep trying.
 
I just booked a Dec 10 to 21 trip for an AKL CL savanna view room. Received email confirmation and it is showing in MDE. Now hopefully I can make ADR's in three hours!
 
Wait, there's a scheduled maintenance on their email server, you should hopefully get an answer before July is over.

I hope so too! Seriously though, we can all share our frustrations here but I also let Disney know directly.

I agree. Prior to the reservation system going down, there were many many resorts and room types available for the week before and the week of Thanksgiving. Now, nothing. Absolutely nothing. I've tried the travel agent site as well as the Walt Disney World site. With guests not being able to book while it was down, meaning ALL of those rooms couldn't be booked, you wouldn't thik that the rooms would now be gone. I see two possible reasons: 1) the site is still screwy; or, 2) they pulled every single room from the promo (which I don't see them doing). The 2018 packages should be available to book a week or so from today so maybe they are still loading all the info into the system.
