How long will Disney Reservations be down?

Something is up with the AP discount for sure. It doesn't just show no rooms on each resort it shows the resort is not included in the offer. Yet if you click on the details of the offer it clearly shows most all resorts are included. There is a disconnect somewhere.
I know the offer switched just the day before they took the site down. I was actually surprised to see it there when I booked since the prior offer didn't end till the 9th. I had expected it to be added when they brought the site back up for reservations and just happened to check for Aug late Thursday night when I saw they had already loaded the promo
 
I got through this morning and they did honor the bounce back for me since the system had been down. Though I can see on the website that the price is exactly the same as if I'd booked the fall promo they have out. We are going to try out CSR this time. POR is our favorite still, but CSR was $250 cheaper.

This offer has been active for a while. I booked with it a few weeks ago and was looking to possibly change resorts when the system went down. However, there was another AP discount that expired about when you are talking about.

Yup, I booked August using the current AP offer a few weeks ago. Was looking to add on a couple days and can't do it.

That's what I mean. The prior offer ended the day the site when down. The new one began that day. And the new one had better rates than the old one did. I booked the same resort with each offer

The one that was on didn't go through my dates in late August, it ended what, the 10th I think, something like that. The new one goes later in the year.

See the offer, yes. See rooms for the offer, no. I lucked in to booking with it just before the site was taken off line for booking
 
Same. I booked a room with the AP rate 8 days ago for early-mid Aug., so I am not freaking out over it, but I like to see my options. Every resort states: This resort if not eligible for this special offer.
I don't dare try to modify my reservation.

I'm thinking of change resorts or room type and can't see anything available too. Is this on the phones too?
 
I was able to get help on two separate occasions yesterday over the phone; both CMs acknowledged Disney was still having difficulty with the website, but they were able to search/book summer AP rates for me over the phone. As I'd done some research before the site went down, the rates were still the same as they had been.

I also found sporadically yesterday that if I went in to a specific resort and searched for my dates, I could get some of the other discounts to pop up (like the summer room only), even though the AP rate was still not working. I was at least able to gauge what might be available with an AP rate based on the summer discount, although AP rates thankfully are lower.

I hope they get this fixed sometime soon! 4 days down is not good at all.
 
I have checked on and off (several times a day) ever since the site went under maintenance. As I posted before, I did get a quick peek of what might be their new site which included a video of Pandora on the home page and the area where you enter the travel dates looked a little different. But, I couldn't price out anything. We are having the same issues on the Disney Travel Agent site. I am surprised if the CMs are able to see anything different on their end. Like others have said, I've been able to see room availability on my end where they couldn't see it at all. The site being down for this long is causing issues for a lot of folks wanting to make reservations.
 
I too have been periodically checking to see if we can change a few days to a different hotel (just monitoring availability and pricing) and each time I log on it gives me access to the hotels but not pricing or any special offers. Seems like a long time to be down for such a 'power' company, however, I guess if you look at economies of scale Disney being one of the bigger entities you can see how it may run into issues. That said, i'd think someone will be on the receiving end of some 'consequential' discipline! lol
 
I just chatted with someone from the Disney Website and she said everything is back to normal. I can see prices on the official website but sites like Orbitz, Expedia and Travelocity have most hotels as sold out. Just a few Deluxes are available.

I have been able to view that, without issue, since yesterday. It looks really nice! I can see room availability, I can book, etc. without issue, too. I might have to buy a lottery ticket as it sounds like this is not the norm!?
