How long will Disney hold dining reservations ?

I am unsure what you mean exactly but I am guessing, how long will they hold if you arrive late? I believe it's 15 minutes.

As far as I know, there is no officially stated grace period, but most folks have reported being told somewhere in the 10 to 15 minute range. After that, they may still allow you to check-in, but may treat you as a walk-up or they may still accept the reservation (it will depend on the cast member, how busy the restaurant is, etc.).

Oh... so Disney will enforce and charge the $10 per person no turn up fee if you are considered as walk-up ?

That I don't know for sure...my guess is that they won't charge you the "no show" fee, but they'll treat you as a walk-up in terms of where they put you in the queue to be seated.

Just to close this topic.
We were like 25 mins late at Cafe Carnation, due to the crowd at Candlelight Processional ( we were at toontown moving to main street... bad choice).
They turned away all walk-ins (I could see while waiting), but allowed us in. There was also no "no show" fee.
