How long to wait to hear back from a vendor?

I have emailed Vicki/ David Arndt twice but still no response?..
I am not in a rush. Just curious how long I should wait for a reply

They usually answer promptly if they are in town. But as the previous poster said they have been out of town, I believe they returned home yesterday. I would give them a few days to catch up before worrying

First email was sent nearly 2 weeks ago, and second email was sent 3 days ago.
I emailed both Randy & Roots who replied very quickly.
I'm a bit of a organisational freak!

Same here but I'm waiting to hear from Roots. I'm sure they're super busy but since they got back to you I'm wondering if either my messages didn't go through or if my ridiculousness in my message scared them off because I was up at like 3AM Internet web planning...
