How long to wait for rate quote--WH townhome?

Hi all! There is a Windsor Hills Townhome I'm interested in getting a quote on and I've emailed the owner 2x using the request rate form. Any idea how long it takes to get a response? It's been over 2 weeks... Thanks!

Have you checked their calendar to see if they're available the dates you requested? I find that a lot of the owners don't bother replying if they're not available the dates you ask for.

You might try going directly to the Windsor Hills website and request quotes through that - you can specify the dates you're interested in and any other specifics (i.e. - condo or townhouse, # of bedrooms, etc) and you will get quotes from any owners that meet your requirements. I did that and within 20 minutes I had at least 30 quotes in my email.

Thanks for the rely. Their calander shows they're available and they came recommeded from another Diser. I really want this home because of the specific themed room for my girls. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Maybe they never got your email, you never know! The emails going out from the windsorhillsrent.com website have been broken for the last 2 days, fixed now though. There's also the possibility you put in the wrong contact information or made a mistake typing in your email address to them, happens all of the time then the owners can't get back to you. I'd try and contact them again.
