How long to receive park hoppers?

I am ordering ours tomorrow. The website says it may take up to 17 days. Does it really take this long?

Has anybody had problems getting theirs?
 
I ordered these yesterday. The DL website said to allow 17 days!! What experiences have any of you had ordering from DL?
