I emailed them at mypoints, only because I had already tried to redeem in mid-September for another gift certificate and it wasn't available. I wanted to know when I should get my webcertificate, if it would be in time for Christmas. This is the reply I just got:
Thank you for contacting MyPoints Member Care.
Our records indicate that your Webcertificate redemption was placed on
10/31/2003. Webcertificates generally take 10-15 business days to be
processed, so you should receive an email from Webcertificate.com very
soon. Their email will allow you to claim your order.
Please note that occasional delays may cause your notification from the
vendor to take a little longer to reach you, but rarely longer than 15
business days.
If you do not receive notification from the vendor within the specified
time period, you may contact us again at
membercare@mypoints.com. We
would be happy to assist you in claiming your reward.
