How long to plan for a sit down?

About how much time should we expect to spend at a sit-down restaurant, from the time we get our seats? We're two adults and we're on the DDP so just entrees and desserts. We *might* order appetizers at Jiko because they look interesting.

Our table service meals run anywhere from an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes.
