How long to meet Buzz & Woody at HS?

If we go at/near rope drop, how long can I expect to wait and meet Buzz and Woody? I plan to get a FP for TSM for a little later in the morning, so I won't need to go on that first thing.

Trying to plan some things out and touring plans does not have that M&G as an option so I'm not sure. Going during moderate crowds, about a 5 crowd level.

If you went right at rope drop I'm sure the wait would be minimal. Most headed in that direction seemed to make a mad dash for TSMM at rope drop. We met Buzz and Woody in the afternoon on a similar crowd day and it took about 30 minutes to get to them.

We went Labor Day 2013. It wasn't rope drop but it was our first thing. We waited 30 mins.

We went yesterday, we arrived just before rope drop but were a fair way back from the gates. We went straight to Buzz and Woody and were the first family in, although the queue built quickly behind us once they opened the doors
