How long to get to the DHS and MK rides?

OK. This will be a first time for me driving from Palmetto to Disney about 95 miles, MapQuest says about 90 minutes. I'm guessing that's to Disney property, then drive to the parking lot, tram, ticket line (we will have tickets), monorail for MK, then walking to the ride. So what do you think - 3 hours, 4 hours?

Depending on the time you actually get to the parks:
After parking, add 25-50 min.

(If it's a particularly busy date, add 15+ minutes to that.)

We arrived at the MK parking toll booth today at 8:10 AM and were waiting at the rope to Liberty Square at 8:50 AM. Tram ride, security, monorail and ticket scan (tap) were all easy. Yesterday, we arrived at the HS parking toll booth at 7:25 AM and had a 6 minute wait in line. We parked, walked to security, entered the ticket tap area and were inside the park at 7:45. Seven adults and kids- no strollers or wheelchairs.

Thanks for the info. We will not be getting to parking toll booth till 10 or 11am. Leaving Palmetto around 8:30am.

It will be somewhat less "hectic" at 10-11am, but you will likely be parked farther away from the gates and may need to ride the tram. Certainly not a major time difference.
