How long to get refund from DCL?

I know they say 6 weeks, but I've never waited that long before. I cancelled my REAS the day online reservations opened up (May 4 or 5?) and I still haven't received my credit.

I called AllSeasTravel (my TA) last Tuesday to try and track it down. They called Disney and Disney said it was "already processed". Still, there is not credit.

I used my Visa Check card to pay for the trip, so credits and debits usually show up right away, without waiting for a "billing" cycle.

Should I be worried or is the time period normal?

I wonder if they "refund" something like that by giving a shipboard credit rather than giving you the money back??

That'd be fine if they did that, because that's what I was going to do anyway. I guess I'll call me TA on Tuesday again.

When I cancelled my REAS it took about a week & a half to post to my account. When I cancelled a different reservation that I had it took a month to post to my account.
