How long to get quotes back from DU?

How long does this normally take? And is there a limit on how many you can get quoted?

I got 3 quotes from them last year. It might take a little bit longer this week. They had server problems earlier this week and just got it back up last night.

I asked for 3 then when they emailed me I emailed her back and asked for a certain cruise but different category rooms to see the difference. They are always helpful at DU. I have had a great time working with them.

We actually have our sept. cruise booked through them. And then my whole family decided to go on a cruise in Oct. 06 and we booked through DU again.

I got mine back the same afternoon. I also replied back after my original quote and asked for another rate on the same date but different category. She e-mailed back very shortly with all the rates for all categories on the ship for that sailing. I got a great rate (this was a date that they had a group).

I called Friday and was given a name of someone who was working on my quotes..I emailed them and still have not heard back!
