How Long to Get from IOA to US?

Does it take long to walk between IOA and US? I am trying to do the 2 parks in 1 day my kids are 2, 3 and 5 so we won't be going on any of the big stuff. Does it take long to get between the 2 parks and which one should I start with?

It would only take you probably 10 mins or so to walk between parks...if that. The parks are right beside each other and very easy to access.

Yep, shouldn't take over 5 or 10 minutes to walk it. Citywalk is between them, or at least the backend of City Walk, its probably about 1500 feet or so I'm guessing around there somewheres. Actually I keep forgetting about the cut through you can take that is by the Hard Rock theatre/coloseum, which is less probably about 800 feet.

i used the shortcut which is behind the hrcafe.
with blue man group opened now, i don't know if that access is still open.
i was last at UO in october last year.

it is a short walk for an adult. takes me 5 minutes using the short cut way maybe.

you have littles with you. it will take you longer.
littles usually walk slower. and they stop and look at the boats.......

been there done that.

As spidey7 says go passed the HR café, less than 5 minutes walk.

I would do IOA first as this definitely gets busier sooner, just accept that the queues will be much longer after late morning.

As everyone has said, it doesn't take long. The pic in my signature is of hubby and sons walking from IOA to US. If you can get an image in your head of a capital Y... basically City Walk is the bottom, then US and IOA form the two branches. Small legs and easily diverted attentions will slow you down, but it still won't take long.
