How long to get from CB @ WDW to gate of IOA?

So we are a group chartering a bus to go from Caribbean Beach Resort to Universal. we would like to get to Harry Potter as soon as the park opens-how much time should we allow for including travel time to US/IOA, drop off at parking area of US, walking to gate of IOA?

We're doing that too! Well, taxi, since it's just us 4. But we're staying at CB and spending a day at US, in 15 days!!
