How long to get Entertainment Club Card/Book???

Just curious what others experience has been with ordering the Entertainment Membership online? I ordered mine at least 3-4 weeks ago and haven't received anything in the mail yet.

I would call or send them an email. You should have had the book by now. The website states 7-10 business days. Good Luck

I bought mine through a local school fundraiser. Had it two weeks after I ordered it. Paid $20. It is saving me $150 on my room at PBH, plus we have saved over $30 already on local restaurants already.

I decided to email Entertainment customer service. Got an email back saying it might take up to 3 days for a real response. Oh well. I might call if I don't hear by Monday.

ksdave: We'll be at PBH in February also. I booked the entertainment rate and got a room for $155.00. I was very excited about that rate! I just hope I get my card soon.

I would call them directly. I ordered my book online a couple weeks ago and it only took about three days to arrive.
