How long to get deed?

Our deed is online in fl with a date of sept 3, but we haven't gotten anything official in the mail. How long does this take? Who do I call? Thanks!

It can take a few weeks but what's the rush? We have never really needed our deeds for anything.

You can call member administration if you want to.
