How long to get contract after passing ROFR?

We passed ROFR on Jan 29 and just received our contract via email from the TTS to be signed today Feb 19. Hope that helps

I agreed to purchase on 12/30. I passed ROFR on January 5th. I closed on February 13th. I called MS on February 16th and was in the DVC System so I made my first reservation. I purchased through TTS.

• Submitted contract on 1/16.
• Passed ROFR on 2/2.
• GMAC got estoppels (whatever those are!!!) back from Disney on 2/16.
• Jackie said we'll have our closing documents by this Friday (2/23) at the latest. All funds will be due with closing docs.
• She indicated it takes Disney about another 7 - 14 days to get you in the system once closing documents are received and processed.

Best wishes for anyone waiting on ROFR. That's a painful process!!!

Looks like we're on a similar schedule! I just returned mine today.... so here's hoping to a speedy closing! Thanks everyone!!!!
