How long to get back to you?

Hi

For those who have contacted via email to complain before...

How long did it take to get back to you? I remember Torsie having to complain about SL and have read other posts.

They got back to me the same day to ask for booking number but have heard nothing since :confused3 Which seeing as my complaints were regarding the bad customer service you'd have thought they'd get back fairly quickly! lol
 
When I complained about our easy pass I received an email in response to my initial email within about 3 days but I believe that could have been a standard, computer generated response ... acknowledging my email saying they would be in touch, after that the next email was within a few days but then the final after they had asked for further information took about 3 weeks. Sorry that was no help at all !
 
Hi, when we were in correspondance via email we got various emails but it took at least two months to get it fully sorted. The first email that was from an actual person not a computer took around two weeks. We sent in a letter via mail as well as via email. I think the key is to continue with emails till you get the response you want, we sent about three or four, but they were really helpful and answered all our queries (when we lost our letter she got us another copy, too!)
 
My last lot of correspondence with DLRP took over 2 months, and I eventually had to resort to writing snail mail to the CEO of the company to get anywhere :headache: . And even then, I had to email them again to finally get the recompense I had been awarded.

I have often praised the email customer services department of DLRP, but I was really let down this time.
 

The lovely customer service lady called Kathryn gets back to me very fast, normally 24hrs.....

I've emailed a cople of tiems to say about my booking and the change of dates.

Always had quite speeedy replies. But initial thing took a couple of weeks for her to look into my complaint.
