How Long to Drive From Ft. Lauderdale to Orlando?

I will be driving from FT. Lauderdale airport on Sat March 11 to Orlando (leaving around 3PM). Mapquest says this will take 3 hours and 20 minutes. Is this fairly accurate if we drive around the speed limits?

Sounds about right - I would figure about 3-3/4 hours for the trip.

We drove from WDW to Marathon (in the Keys) last year. Took us about 4 hours from FOFQ to the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area via the Florida Turnpike.

Yep, that's about right. My dad drives up from Pompano Beach and it takes him about 3 1/2 hrs.....excepy for the day after Thanksgiving to visit us. Seems everyone in southeastern Florida decided to drive to WDW also. It took him almost 5 hrs.
