How long to allow for dinner?

We have a 7:15 ADR at Boma on Tues 6/16, and plan to go back to AK after for evening EMH. Any idea how much time we should allow, or how quickly we could get bacK to AK? And still enjoy our fabulous dinner of course!

Well I've never been seated on time when I've gone to Boma, so say you get seated at 7:30, depending on how many courses you want to have I'd say at least an hour to eat. Then you've got to get back to the bus stop and AK, so if you're reasonably lucky with the buses you may get to AK around 9ish.

What time does EMH finish?

I always budget 60 - 90 minutes for a TS dinner. Not sure about a buffet, we don't usually do buffets, but I would expect it would be a bit quicker.
Then you need to catch a bus back to the AK. I would not think you would be there much before close to 9 PM also.
How late is the AK open that evening? Since it closes so early much of the year, even on its EMH nights it still closes relatively early. That may effect you ADR day/time

I agree with previous posters that you're probably looking at 9:00 p.m. Dinner itself will probably take an hour and that will already be 8:15...and that's if you get seated RIGHT AT 7:15, which is very unlikely . I wouldn't plan on getting seated until around 7:30. Any other TS places we have gone to we have always gotten seated anywhere from 10-15 minutes BEFORE our ADR time....but not Boma . I don't know why it's only that restaurant, but every time we eat there, we are usually seated 10-15 minutes AFTER our scheduled ADR time . You may get lucky and get seated early or right at your time, but I wouldn't plan for it . One suggestion might be to call every day up to and including the 16th for an earlier time as people cancel all the time and you never know when something might become available . That way you will have plenty of time for AK afterwards .

AK EMH is until 11P, so I think we'll still have time to get on EE and Dinosaur before it closes. What I'm wondering if if there's any way to get back for the 9PM Lion King show!
