I called 407-WDISNEY just over a week ago to reserve a lagoon view room at the Polynesian. I thought I would've had the paperwork in the mail by now. I'm in Massachusetts, I don't think it usually takes this long for mail from Florida to arrive. I know our due date to make the payment so that's not a problem, but I'd like to have the paperwork in front of me so I can be sure all of the info is correct. How long has it been taking to arrive? Thanks!

I am in Florida and it takes about a week for me to get the big yellow envelope! Maybe it will be a tad longer for you...hope this helps.

It's been three weeks for us and the only thing we have gotten has been the trip planning information. Which was a map,a card to write confirmation numbers on and another little letter with some info on the park and our resort. Will we receive a real confirmation also?

They're holding it hostage in that teeny tiny post office of yours, SeaSpray. :rotfl: :rotfl: tee hee hee

Seriously, I changed our reservations about 4 times for this past trip, and the confirmations took about a week to make it up here to the sticks. No worries.

LOL!!   You are probably right, Deb!!

It took a little over a week to get the initial confirmation letter but each subsequent letters took less than a week to get to us here in Hawaii. I've read posts where some are waiting for over a month. I never received the map and park/resort info though. Has everyone gotten those in the mail too?

Aloha! :earsgirl:

This subject has come up several times over the past couple of weeks! I made my res. on Jan. 6 '04, and still hadn't received any confirmation by Jan. 26. Called CRO to check on my res., and they had all the info right - and said they'd "send out another" confirmation letter!! I still haven't received anything.

All our previous trips we have received confirm. within 7-10 days, I'm not sure what's up this year!!:wave2:

We made our reservations for our April trip on January 11th and still no confirmation yet. On every other occasion we have always received a confirmation through the post in around 1-2 weeks. I just booked Cirque Du Soleil tickets from the WDW ticketing centre and they were here in just 2 days flat !

Richard.

We got ours yesterday. We arrived home from Disney on January 21st. When I saw it, I hoped someone was trying to surprise me with another trip..but nope, it was from January's trip (I had called and changed something right before we left on the 13th).

Same deal as you Richard.

We are arriving on St. Patty's Day and still no confirmations or mailings? :worried:

I DID receive my Cirque tickets (sec 204 row AA - Are These seats good?) just a couple days after purchase.

We are staying Lagoon View Concierge at the Poly.

I assumed we would have been contacted by the concierge staff by now. No biggie...I made most of the P.S. myself already.

Good luck and keep checking the mailbox!! :hyper:
