I had to change the tires on my last vehicle after about 500 miles. OK, it was a Ford Explorer with possible exploding tires.
The next set I never changed. I got rid of it at ~100K. They probably should have been changed at 90K, but I knew we were getting rid of the car & I wouldn't get my money out of that in trade-in.
My vehicle prior to that changed at 75K (originally tires). Didn't need it prior to that.
If you keep your tires properly inflated & rotated, keep your car aligned and don't buy bottom of the line quality tires, they will last a long time. Just check them with a penny at every oil change.
