for the second (bonus) disc of Wall-E (on Blu-Ray) to load in a Blu-Ray player?:confused3

We've had the Blu-Ray player for I think nearly two years and we didn't have any problems watching the first disc last night. But I waited at LEAST 10-15 min for the second disc to load a little while ago and it never did load. Should it take that long?

We didn't have any problem with the first disc and we've never had a problem with a regular DVD playing in the Blu-Ray player. This is the first Blu-Ray disc we've ever bought, so I don't even really know what to expect.

I don't know the answer to that, but there have been some ISSUES with the WallE DVDs, and it wouldn't be surprising to find out there were problems with the blu ray discs, too. If it doesn't work, contact the place you bought it from and let them know it's defective and you need a replacement.

Well, when you put the disc in, it DOES say that you might need to download a firmware update for the Blu-Ray player and I did download it. Problem is..how do I get it from the computer into the Blu-Ray player?:confused3

Technologically capable I am not.
