How long should I wait to get my milesource GC?

I ordered a gift certificate through milesource from gc.ca 9 weeks ago. Gc.ca still hasn't received my order. I've emailed milesource and the first time they told me to wait 6 weeks and the next time they said they're "looking into it" and will get back to me when they know the status of my order. What should be my next step? Should I continue waiting? I've been doing milesource for 2yrs, and I have always received my GC. However, I have ALWAYS had to email them about my order taking longer than it should. Any ideas? Thanks!

Get ready to wait a long time! I ordered my GC from Milesource the beginning of March. I didn't receive it until August, 5 months later!! A little too long if you ask me!

Oh...I think "forever and a day" is about the average for them. At least that's how long mine have taken.
