How long should I wait for my DVD?

Ordered my trip planning DVD about 3 weeks ago, problem is we're moving at the end of the week. How long do you think I should wait until phoning them to have it re-sent?

Even if you are moving, are you not going to do an address change at the post office? If you do, all of your mail that goes to the old address will be forwarded to you for a length of time ( 3 months, 6 months etc.) That way you won't miss anything that should have come your way.

the DVD took quite a while to get to Canada. I think i ordered one and it may have been at least 6weeks. I ended up ordering a 2nd just before i received the first. So i doubt you will get it for a while still. As PP stated, having your mail redirected should have this delivered to your new home.
