I am going to Disney in the middle of June. Plane lands on Saturday night at 5:00. Doing DME and going to Animal Kingdom Villas. Then onto Magic Kingdom for extra magic hours. So if my plane lands at five and all we are going to do at the hotel is drop off carry ons and I know that Animal Kingdom is the furthest away from just about everything. How long do you think it will be before we get to Magic Kingdom?

I agree, probably close to 8. Things can sometimes take longer than anticipated and I always err on the conservative side time-wise, especially when not using my own car.

I always allow two and a half to three hours from the time the plane lands.

Yep this is what we figured in for our upcoming trip in August. We are not hitting our first park until the next day. Jet lag for us and our teenagers.
