How long should I allow for Disney Visa to add points

Even though the balance of our Disney trip in April is not due until we arrive, I wanted to charge the $4,000 before the closing date on our Visa in March, so that I can call them in early April, and ask that they post the new points to my card (which I requested a few weeks ago). Is this allowing enough time?

It takes about 10 days to get your card. When you have your rewards card you can transfer $$$ to the card over the phone or online instantly. Points are usually available to transfer the day after statement closing.

Should be. That's what we're doing as well.

You can pick up a card at Guest Services at DTD and then call to activate it and transfer the rewards from one of their phones. It only takes a few minutes.
