How Long Rope Drop FOP on a EMH day?

So I know we will have to arrive at AK around 7 am for a 8 am EMH day.

We head to FOP with all the other people, ride FOP and then go right to Navi River and ride that. Approximately how long will that process take? What time will be out into the rest of the park?

I have watched some YouTube videos and it takes them about 45 minutes for both, once they are in the park, but I don't know what time of year that is. We are going the week after Thanksgiving and not too sure if it will busy or not.

I'd say 45 min is a pretty good guess. You may be finished earlier, you may finish just a bit later, but 45 min should be enough time to do both on an average day.

This isn't scientific but if you arrive at 6:45 for a 8am EMH opening, you should be getting off FOP right around 8am. Then exiting NRJ by 8:20. Not many things greater than having completed two of the longest waits at WDW only 20 minutes after the official park opening!

45 min is a good guess, but of course the earlier you get there, the quicker it will be. It depends on several things; the number of people there before you, when they actually start the ride, and if the ride loads and runs smoothly (I think this varies a lot; if you have people that have trouble loading it does slow down the line, sometimes by quite a bit).
