How long once we land to...

Just wondering if anyone can help me. I am wondering how long (approximately) it should take us once our plane lands (coming from Canada) to get our luggage and car rental (we are renting with Dollar and are express members). We will be landing on a Sunday in May (not the holiday) around 1:00pm if that makes a difference.

When I fly to MCO, I am usually at baggage claim in 15 minutes max from deboarding, over to National car pickup within another 10 minutes or so and on my way to WDW 35-45 minutes after landing.
