how long do other people usually stay i was just wondering :confused3

We are staying 7 nights and doing 5 days at the parks. We will arrive on Sat and spend the day at the resort. We always allow 1 day for every park except for MK for which we allow 2. We also have a day for a break in there. Last time we did 5 days at the parks in a row. WAY TOO MUCH!! Now we can have a day just to rest up. We bought 6 day park tickets though in case we decide to go to a park on our day off just for fireworks or supper etc;

Have fun deciding!

20 days till WDW!!

We usually stay 6-7 nights, with 5 days at the parks.

This time we're going for 10 nights, :teeth: with 5-6 days at the parks.

We stay as long as possible. :cool1:

Our next trip was an impromptu decision to go because of the free dining and we'll be staying a week. Our Dec trip we've had planned for a while and that is a two week trip.

We stayed 7 nights but I would love to stay longer, you have to have 2 days for MK 1 is just not enough!!

We usually stay 8 nights/ 9 days. We go to the parks each day & the "Water Parks, Fun, & More" option (that we add to our Park Hopper) allows us 6 visits to the water parks....although we only did each water park once during our trip last month.

I would love to be able to stay 2 weeks, as some people do.

We always stay at least 7 night. This up~coming trip we are staying 9 nights/10 days.

5 or 6 nights at WDW is a good number for us. We usually do 4 nights due to my custody arrangement which always leaves us wanting more. The longest WDW only trip we did was 7 nights which was too long for us. By the end of the trip, DD6 and I were kind of Disney-ed out. On our last trip, we did 4 nights at WDW and a 4 night cruise on the Wonder. That was the perfect combination.

We started out thinking 3 days would be enough, but have now decided we would be in 8 days/7 nights. We will be at the resort by 1 pm the first day and hitting a park ASAP then leaving as late as possilbe and hitting some favorite rides then too.

We wanted to have fun but not feel rushed. ;)

Shortest family trip has been 9 days and longest has been 16. I always recommend people go for at least a week, but I think a trip that short would kill me because I know I'd be missing so much!

I usually do from 6-9 days. I plan 1 day in each park then at least 1 or 2 days to go back to which ever park(s) that I want to go back to. For my previous trips, I have always spent 1-2 days going to Universal and/or Sea World. But my trip this year will be 8 nights/9 days just at Disney.

By the way, the way they are pricing the tickets these days, once you get past the first few days, the additional days are pretty cheap. So if you are arriving in the morning or early afternoon, it is not very expensive to add a day to your pass so that you can go to one of the parks the first night. I think that for my trip in the fall, the cost difference between a 7 day & 8 day pass was only a couple of dollars.

As a kid my parent's would take us for 7 days/6 nights. My honeymoon was 8 days/7 nights. This trip we are doing 11 days/10 nights. I am LOVIN' this trend. :thumbsup2 In a few years we will be going for 31 days/30 nights. :lmao:

When I first decided to go to Disney with my daughter, I thought we would go for only about 4 or 5 nights. By the time I booked the trip, I decided to go 10 days (so 9 nights) and just hope to heck that we have fun!! Otherwise...it will be a long 10 days :bitelip:

March solo/Girls Only WDW vacation was 7nights - 2nights Pop, 3nights VWL, 2nights BWV

This Aug we're going for 14nights - 5nights VWL, 3nights AKL, 6nights BCV

Hi

We have gone for as little as 5 days and as many as 10. Last couple of trips have been 9 days/9 nites. Husband does not get as much vacation time as I do so if we want our annual trip to Cape Cod each summer we can't be greedy with our Disney trips. But I am hoping one year to go for 12 nites or so. But any trip is a good one, especially after I realized what I don't see this time, I will see next time.

Oh Boy!!!! You will have fun!!!

Our shortest stays are 10 days and our average is 14 days. We only spend half of that time in the parks because there is so many other things we love to do while there.
