How long is white chocolate good for?

Hi I bought some white chocolate pieces last christmas and can't find a date that they are good until. How long is white chocolate good for? Thanks

I've used it when it was a year old (from the prior Christmas). Nobody dropped dead from eating the fudge I made out of it, so I'm assuming it was okay.

The shelf life of chocolate is one year...not that it ever makes it that long at my house!
